Service Description

Finding the right counsellor is imperative to your success on your wellness journey and it is important that I also ensure that I am going to be able to provide you with the level of support you require. This free discovery call enables me to discover what you are hoping to gain from your time with Affinity Wellbeing and for you to learn more about me as a person and counsellor and ensure we are the right fit.

Cancellation Policy

We require a $50 non-refundable deposit at the time of making your booking. To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at the earliest possible chance (preferably 24 hours prior to your appointment) so we can attempt to fill your appointment with someone from our waiting list. Where notice is given outside the 24 hour window the $50 deposit will be transferred to your next scheduled appointment. Where cancellation is within the 24 hour period, or not at all, the $50 deposit will be kept by Affinity Wellbeing to cover administrative fees associated with rescheduling appointments due to lack of notice.
